Research Strategy
We help founders plan the studies their company needs and select and manage the partner labs and contract research organizations that run them, so the data a young company needs gets generated without it first having to build a lab of its own. Each plan starts from the decision the data must support: a license, a partnership or a fundraise.
Commercialization
The research is intertwined with everything a company needs to reach the market: feasibility and proof of concept, patent strategy and licensing, regulatory pathways in the United States, Europe and beyond, company formation, and investor readiness. We work beside founders through each of them.
